The situation is the same here in the US. They are never going to address the problems, only the symptoms.
As Larry Summers said, we got into this situation from too much borrowing and spending, and we have to borrow more and spend more to get out of it.
One day the whole derivatives market will cease to exist. You can postpone the problems for a long time.
When there is war in the world, derivatives will not be able to be settled. We don’t know how the world will look in 5 years, but people will be lucky to have half of the money that have now.
